Confederation Trail

We rode from Kensington along the Confederation Trail ( a re-purposed railway line across the entire length of PEI) to Summerside. Along the way, we saw a mom and her new colt.
PEI is covered with potato fields which supply Cavendish Farms a huge producer of french fries for Wendy's and other companies.
